Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for each and every one of you. If it weren't for my clients, whether regular or not, I would not be where I am today in my career as a business owner. Your support, flexibility, and understanding—especially when life throws unexpected curveballs—mean the world to me.  I truly understand that things happen, and I hold no judgement over the reason for the adjustment. Schedules shift, kids get sick, and sometimes, despite the best intentions, appointments need to be moved.

As my schedule is now booked out at least 45 days in advance, I would like to bring some awareness to how cancellations impact both my practice and your ability to reschedule. Currently, I have limited openings each month (typically 3-5), with the majority of my openings being daytime (before 5). My workweek is structured in a way that allows me to provide the best care possible while also maintaining my own health.  My bodywork schedule is physically demanding, and in order to provide quality treatments, and maximize the longevity of my career, I have established a more strict schedule.

Because of this, I am unable to add additional appointments beyond my current daily capacity. This may affect some clients, and not others. None-the-less, if a session needs to be canceled for any reason, please know that I will do my best to accommodate a reschedule while maintaining my health and wellness.

Additionally:

  • Evening Appointments: I am no longer accepting bookings past 5 PM. The only evening clients I will continue seeing are those already scheduled through the end of 2025, on a recurring membership.
  • Weekend Availability: Moving forward, I will be working only two Saturdays and two Sundays per month to maintain a sustainable workload.

I also ask that if you start to feel unwell, please reach out as soon as possible. The more notice I have, the better chance I have to adjust accordingly, minimizing wait time.

This shift is not about enforcing rigid rules—it’s about sustainability for both myself and my clients. I want to be at my best, for the rest of my career to provide the care you deserve, and that means prioritizing my own health, just as I encourage all of you to do.

Thank you for always being the best clients a business owner could ask for, and I truly mean that. Your understanding, especially during times when I’ve had to take care of my own health, does not go unnoticed or unappreciated. You are the reason I love what I do, and I want to continue offering the best possible care for years to come.

Thank you for being part of this journey with me, and for your awareness moving forward!

With gratitude,
Jeanette
