About the call
A community space for massage therapists to share real stories, seek practical advice, and get support from others who truly understand the journey. This is a space to connect, learn, and most importantly-have a support system that truly get's it. Whether you're new to the field or a seasoned pro, this is a space for growth without judgment.
After 3 years of trying to teach folks what "right" looks like in our business, I realized one major setback: it's different for everyone. As an 8-year business owner and full time therapist I can tell you right now the decisions I have made, were not the same ones my colleagues made- and we all survived.
The point: This isn't a call to tell you what to, or exactly how to do it. This is a community to help you balance your life, while also gaining insight and support to have the career you've always wanted.
What the heck will these calls include?
We will highlight a story from my own experience, a colleagues or yours and troubleshoot the options of handling it amongst your circumstances. From as general as burnout, to as detailed to a bad client experience, there is always at least ten people who have gone through it.
Who knows who is in your area?! This is an easy way to connect with folks in your area, or in your training style. Connect with CE instructors, accountants, lawyers and other professionals to grow your business when you're ready!
Through experiences we will discuss and tackle the most common problems therapists focus. Communication not your thing? No idea how to layout your homepage? Maybe you're struggling with Vagaro or MassageBook. Whatever it is, I am here to rescue you!
These calls will be a safe space for everyone to contribute! Whether it is verbally during our call, or through our monthly questionnaire, your needs will be heard. Folks may not agree, and tension may rise, but you can breathe easily knowing that our admin is focused on productivity and community.
With our monthly forms, you get a chance to submit your burning questions for the month, bonus call ideas or even "can you walk me through this?" If I don't know how to do it, I will find someone that is the expert, or do the dang research myself. Point being: your voice matters!
