• Members can schedule their preferred time for the entire year (pending therapist availability and schedule). Please speak with your therapist about this option at your appointment.
• No maintenance or cancellation fee's if finances/schedule/health are a concern. You plan is paused, with all remaining credits held on file.



• Please fill out any forms that are automatically emailed to you as soon as possible. If you do not fill these out prior to your appointment day, we will have to take time away from your session to complete your forms. We have to make sure that it is safe for you to receive, and also be prepared for your first session!
• An appointment reminder will be sent a few days before your appointment. You do not need to respond--it is only a reminder.

• Appointments must be cancelled with 48 hours notice or more to avoid a fee. Failure to notify us with 48 hours notice, may result in a fee equal to 75% of session rate booked.
• Please arrive up to 5 minutes prior to your appointment time to ensure that you receive your full session time.
