Hello everyone!

We are in our 8th year of business, and if you thought it was great now, just WAIT to see what we are pumping out over the next few months. This new space has finally given us the energy and vibe to grow, and boy are we growing fast. We are in the process of finally getting ourselves on social media, and posting. We’ve been resisting it for a while, but with the new additional programs we’re adding, we started the process to update our Facebook and Instagram pages, as well as our Google listing. When they are ready, we’ll let you know and may ask for your help (we need all the foot traffic we can get). Any support you can give is received with gratitude.

If we can ask a small favor of you, we would greatly appreciate it. We are launching a youth sports massage program, with a non-sports design addition hopefully in 2025. If you know of an individual (or are one) that can help us get the word out professionally to schools, or other kids centered activities, I’d love to connect with you or them!

The Quick Points

• Thank you for ALL of your support, motivation and lovely comments on our new space. We love it, and are glad you do too! Also, we deeply appreciate you hangin in there as we learn a new system, and adjust to our new space.

• We will no longer be using email as a form of mass communication. If it is a larger notice, like this one, we will repeat how you received this communication. Smaller items such as events, reminders, openings, and updates will be on our social media pages. Everything will also be posted in the office. (Less is more. Simple is Better.) Note: We cannot control how Vagaro communicates our automated forms, reminders and confirmations, though you may have some control of this in your profile.

• We will be adjusting several things in the system over the next coming weeks. You may see changes in your receipts, text messages, and responses from this line. If anything seems unusual, please contact Jeanette. 412-445-6769

• We are in the process of switching carriers for our main line. It’s annoying, but we are reverting back to an app we have used before, that is cost-effective. You may see some new auto-mated messages once the switch is complete. We may make adjustments as we try out new features to make yours and our experience simple yet effective.

• As of September 1st 2024, Jeanette’s new office hours will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 10-5:30. She will still be seeing her consistent weekly evening members and does not plan on removing any regular visiting client from her books. If your future appointments need adjusted, she will reach out to you personally. Otherwise, she will see you at your session! If you have been seeing her on occasion, these appointments will most likely be available, but you may have to plan ahead farther.

• Jeanette is also closing her books to new clients, and will see client referrals on an as available basis. Personal referrals will also be encouraged to book with either Chris or Victoria first. We’ve had amazing reviews for them, and will be introducing everyone on facebook as soon as possible.
